3-Stage Diesel Fuel Filtration System for HPCR Engines

Illustrates how diesel-fuel protection can be staged ahead of precision injection components. The exact number of stages, particle ratings, water-separation architecture, flow and pressure conditions depend on the approved fuel system. SYNTAPORE™ governs particulate filtration, HYDROCORE™ governs approved standard non-turbine fuel/water separators, and applicable FH/FG turbine-style systems are governed separately by TURBOCORE™.

3-Stage Diesel Fuel Filtration SystemSequential three-stage diesel fuel filtration: Stage 1 pre-filter removes coarse particles (≥200µm), Stage 2 primary filter with water coalescing separator removes particles (≥10µm) and free water, Stage 3 secondary fine filter (≥2µm) protects HPCR injection pump and injectors. Return flow from injectors goes back to the fuel tank.
