THE INJECTOR'S FINAL GUARDIAN.

Common Rail injection systems operate at pressures exceeding 2,000 bar. At this pressure, a contamination particle as small as 4 microns can score injector needle seats and destroy the precision tolerances that control injection timing and fuel atomization quality.

SYNTEPORE™ is engineered as the terminal protection layer between the fuel supply system and the injection circuit. Where pre-filters handle bulk contamination, SYNTEPORE™ eliminates the residual sub-micron fraction — the particles that conventional filtration misses and that HPCR systems cannot tolerate.

Progressive layer architecture ensures that contamination load is distributed across the protection matrix — preventing premature single-point restriction and extending the service interval beyond standard fuel filter benchmarks.

PROGRESSIVE CAPTURE ZONE

The outer protection layer intercepts particles from 40 microns down to 10 microns in a graduated capture architecture that distributes contamination load evenly across the filter surface. This zone prevents premature restriction at entry points and ensures full utilization of the protection matrix capacity across the service interval. Water droplets and gel contaminants are also intercepted at this stage before reaching the precision barrier.

INTERMEDIATE PROTECTION BAND

The intermediate layer targets contamination between 10 and 4 microns — the particle size range most directly correlated with injector needle wear and spool valve erosion in HPCR systems. Fiber architecture in this zone is calibrated for maximum surface contact time, ensuring even fine particles in suspension do not migrate through to the precision barrier with sufficient velocity to cause impact damage.

03

ZERO MIGRATION BARRIER

The innermost layer is the SYNTEPORE™ zero migration barrier — a high-compaction protection surface designed to achieve absolute retention of any particle that reaches it from layers 1 and 2. Zero migration means no particle above 4 microns exits the element and enters the injection rail under any operating pressure or flow condition. The barrier is structurally reinforced to withstand cold-start fuel viscosity spikes without bypass.
