Conventional fuel filters intercept particles. AQUAGUARD/SERIES™ intercepts the full contamination spectrum — particulate, free water, emulsified water and dissolved water — through a sequenced three-stage protection architecture that operates independently of fuel flow rate and back-pressure conditions.

The 900FH and 1000FH models deploy AQUAGUARD™ turbine rotation as the first line of defense — a passive inertial system that requires no electronic control, no actuators and no maintenance intervention. Protection begins the moment fuel enters the housing.

The result: a fuel injection circuit that receives verified, clean fuel — every cycle, every hour, regardless of source fuel quality or operating conditions.

INERTIAL INTERCEPTION

AQUAGUARD™ turbine rotation induces centrifugal momentum on incoming fuel, driving macro-particles and free water outward against the chamber wall by inertial force alone. No moving parts. Zero mechanical dependency. The intercepted mass accumulates in the sealed base chamber — permanently separated from the fuel path before the protection sequence even begins.

02

GRADUATED COALESCENCE

Fuel transitions through a staggered graduated contact zone where microscopic water droplets — too small to separate by inertia alone — are forced into repeated surface contact. Each contact cycle causes droplets to merge, grow, and fall by gravity into the sealed collection chamber below. The graduated layer architecture ensures no water molecule bypasses this stage regardless of fuel pressure or flow rate.

AQUAGUARD™ PRECISION BARRIER

The final AQUAGUARD™ hydrophobic protection barrier intercepts sub-micron contamination and dissolved water before the fuel enters the high-pressure injection circuit. The barrier architecture repels water molecules at contact — they cannot pass through regardless of differential pressure. Available in 2, 10 and 30 micron defense ratings to match your injection system's exact protection requirement.
