From the very first mile to 10,000 km, you’re fully covered with no reduced payments or prorated calculations.
Coverage lasts as long as the filter is in service, meeting or exceeding OEM recommended intervals.
Simply register your product and submit a claim with basic purchase details — we’ll handle the rest.
ELIMFILTERS products are warranted, under normal use and service, to be free from defects in material and factory workmanship (“Covered Failure”). If a product is determined to have a Covered Failure, ELIMFILTERS, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund the defective product. If the product is also determined to be the primary cause of engine or component damage, ELIMFILTERS will reimburse reasonable repair or replacement costs, whichever is less. This warranty applies to all owners and is transferable to subsequent owners.
Any product repaired or replaced will only be covered for the unexpired portion of the original warranty.
This warranty does not cover failures resulting from:
ELIMFILTERS is not responsible for downtime, loss of revenue or profits, living expenses, cargo damage, or penalties. This is the only warranty offered by ELIMFILTERS. No other warranties are expressed or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of a Covered Failure. The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was removed from service. Any modification or alteration will void the warranty. ELIMFILTERS reserves the right to recover any failed product or component replaced under warranty.
