Limited Product Warranty

ELIMFILTERS products are warranted, under normal use and service, to be free from defects in material and factory workmanship — what we call a "Warrantable Failure".

If a product is determined to have a Warrantable Failure, ELIMFILTERS — at its sole discretion — will repair, replace, or refund the defective product.

If the product is determined to be the primary cause of engine or component damage, ELIMFILTERS will reimburse reasonable repair or replacement costs, whichever is less. This warranty applies to all owners and is transferable to subsequent owners.

Warranty Period

• On-Road Applications: up to 10,000 kilometers of filter service life.
• Off-Road Equipment: up to 1,000 hours of operation.
• Other Applications: for the published service interval or OEM recommendation, whichever is greater.
• Non-Replaceable Parts: covered for the OEM warranty period or one year, whichever is greater.

Any repaired or replaced product will be covered only for the unexpired portion of the original warranty.

Non-Prorated Coverage

Nuestra garantía es non-prorated: estás completamente cubierto from the first kilometer of use to the last, with no calculations or reduced payments. Regardless of when the failure occurs within the period — coverage is complete.

Limitations

This warranty does not cover failures resulting from:

• Abuse, misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
• Inadequate service practices or extended or incorrect change intervals.
• Accidents, environmental conditions, corrosion, or contaminated fluids.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Cleaning, modification, or alteration of the product.

ELIMFILTERS is not responsible for downtime, loss of revenue or profits, living expenses, cargo damage, or regulatory fines. This is the only warranty offered by ELIMFILTERS. No other warranties are expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Claim Process

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the Warrantable Failure. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was removed from service. Any modification or alteration will void the warranty.

ELIMFILTERS reserves the right to recover any failed product or component replaced under warranty.
